Frequently Asked Questions Q1. What type of electronic circuit cards do you work on? A. We currently repair a wide variety of OEM equipment. The largest part of our volume comes from ABB, bailey, GE, Siemens, and Westinghouse systems. Q2. What is the average turnaround time for a repair? A. We currently average 3-14 days turn-around on most repairs. Q3. Do you take credit cards? A. Yes, we accept, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. Q4. How long is your warranty period? A. Powergenics warranty lasts for one year from the ship date of the repair or surplus card shipped. Q5. Do you perform EPROM programming? A. Yes, we can burn EPROMS either as spares or to be used in the repair if the program is provided by the customer. Q6. Do you support overseas clients? A. Yes, Powergenics has many world-wide clients. Q7. What industries do you serve? A. We currently serve power generation, industrial facilities, Universities, self-contained hospitals, plastics, hydro-electric plants, and manufacturing. Q8. Do you carry inventory for sale? A. Yes, we currently stock GE MK II, MK IV, and MK V, Westinghouse WDPF, Siemens Simatic and Teleperm (TXP), ABB Mod 300 and Advant, Bailey Net90 and Infi90 systems. Q9. Are you interested in purchasing control systems? A. Yes, we are interested in all the systems mentioned in question 8.
